HXGN15-12 AC Metal-enclosed Ring Main Switchgear (hereinafter referred to as RMU) is an indoor complete power distribution device for three-phase power systems with rated voltage of 6-12kV and rated frequency of 50Hz, used for receiving and distributing electric energy. This ring main unit complies with IEC298 and GB3906-91 standards and meets safety operation requirements. It is equipped with reliable anti-misoperation interlock devices and reaches IP3X protection grade. Fitted with indoor high-voltage load switches, it can form various wiring schemes to satisfy user demands for control, protection, metering and other functions. It is widely applicable to power distribution systems in factories, mines, residential communities, high-rise buildings, ports and docks for ring network power supply and terminal power supply.

Operating Environmental Conditions

1.Ambient air temperature: maximum +40℃, minimum -35℃. The average temperature within 24 hours shall not exceed +35℃.

2.Indoor installation only; the altitude of the installation site shall not exceed 2500 meters.

3.Relative air humidity shall not exceed 50% at the maximum temperature of +40℃. Higher relative humidity is allowed at lower temperatures, e.g. 90% at +20℃. Influence of occasional condensation caused by temperature changes shall be taken into consideration.

4.The inclination angle of the equipment against the vertical plane during installation shall not exceed 5%.

5.The equipment shall be installed in places free from severe vibration, impact and corrosive substances affecting electrical components. Seismic intensity shall not exceed grade 8.

6.Any special requirements shall be negotiated and settled with the manufacturer.
