Box-type substation (hereinafter referred to as box substation) is a movable prefabricated power distribution station integrated with high voltage switchgear, transformer and low voltage switchgear, fully assembled in factory.
Featuring small size, easy on-site construction, no need for building construction, simple operation and high reliability, it has a wide range of applications. It is suitable for rural power grids, mines, factories, oil and gas fields, especially for urban public power distribution in land-scarce areas, dense high-rise building zones, new development zones, residential communities, villa areas, scenic spots and expressways. It boasts elegant appearance and good environmental compatibility, helping beautify the surrounding environment.
As a new type of power distribution equipment in China, its enclosure is mostly made of ordinary steel plate, aluminum alloy plate, aluminum alloy composite plate, stainless steel plate, glass fiber cement and non-metallic materials. This product complies with GB/T17467-1998 standard.
Operating Environmental Conditions
1.Altitude below 1000 meters.
2.Ambient temperature: -25℃ ~ +40℃.
3.Relative humidity: daily average ≤95%, monthly average ≤90%.
4.Wind speed ≤35m/s.
5.Seismic intensity not exceeding Grade 8.
6.Installed in places free from fire and explosion hazards, heavy pollution, chemical corrosion and severe vibration.
